The Excitement is Building for Habitat Work Day

Miller Designworks, the Phoenixville-based graphic and web design studio, is trading in their digital tools for real ones. On March 20th, the staff of MDW is participating again in a Habitat for Humanity build day in Coatesville, Chester County.

“In this economy, home ownership is an even harder dream for many people to realize,” said Steve Miller, president of Miller Designworks. “Being able to help a family get into a home of their own is a great cause, and gives us great satisfaction.”

When MDW last worked on a build, they helped paint, finish construction on a porch, sand and prep drywall, and put on finish trim. While a few of the staff have some construction skills, all bring the most important assets: great energy and a willingness to help wherever needed.

So if you happen to call the studio on March 20th, they’re not in, but they are working!
